At Rabbit and Frog Candle Company, every candle is poured with love and care, crafted to bring the magic of the woodland right into your home. While we’re confident that our creations will light up your life, we understand that sometimes the forest path takes unexpected turns.
As each candle is made-to-order with the finest ingredients, we currently do not offer refunds or returns. But fear not, dear traveler! Should your candle arrive damaged or faulty, please hop on over to our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make things right.
