 At Rabbit and Frog Candle Company, we want your candles to bring as much warmth and enchantment to your home as a cozy woodland burrow! Follow these simple tips to keep your candles burning as brightly as a frog’s lantern on a moonlit night: 

Before each burn, snip the wick to about 1/4 inch. This helps your candle burn evenly, like the soft glow through autumn leaves, and keeps soot at bay.

Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn (about 2-4 hours). This ensures your candle always burns evenly—no tunneling, just like the smooth, winding paths through a quiet forest. 

To keep your candle’s flame as steady as a woodland campfire, we recommend burning for no more than 4 hours at a time. 

Always place your candle on a sturdy surface, away from drafts, critters, or anything flammable. Never leave a candle burning unattended—after all, no forest creatures would want a surprise flame! 

Once the last flicker fades, don’t toss that jar! Clean it out and give it new life as a trinket holder, planter, or forest-themed decor.
